By accessing or using the Island Life Entertainment website, booking an experience, joining the Island Life Pass, or submitting any inquiry through this site, you agree to these draft terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our services

Island Life Entertainment curates and facilitates bookings for experiences, events, weddings and group travel, and film and music production services across the Dominican Republic. Many services are performed by independent third-party partners, not by Island Life Entertainment directly.

3. Bookings & payments

All prices shown on this site are sample "from" prices and placeholders pending final, confirmed pricing. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us or the relevant partner. Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation windows will be disclosed at the time of booking.

4. Island Life Pass membership

Island Life Pass tiers, features, and pricing are described on our Pass page and are subject to change. Membership may be cancelled at any time and access continues through the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Weather Policy for cancellation-related refund handling.

5. Third-party partners

We take reasonable steps to vet partner licensing, insurance, and safety record, but partners are independent businesses. Island Life Entertainment is not the operator of record for partner-run activities such as boat charters, tours, or venues.

6. User conduct

You agree to use this site lawfully, to provide accurate information in any form, and to follow the safety guidance provided for any booked activity.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Island Life Entertainment's liability for any claim arising from use of this site or a booked service will be limited as described in a final, counsel-reviewed version of these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
